The school follows a continuous assessment system. There will be periodic tests in addition to the Half Yearly and Annual examinations. The report will contain Marks secured by the student in his/her performance at a number of formal and informal test in each subject. Promotion will be made on the basis of the aggregate of marks in all the periodic, half yearly and annual examinations and there will be no re-examination at any stage. It is compulsory for all the students to appear at the final Examination. No exemption will be granted to any students from the annual examinations.

Pupil absent or failed at one or more subject tests will be excluded from being recorded in the allocation of rank in the order or merit as well as from the prize, if any. Good conduct, regularity and punctuality in attendance as well as a sense of responsibility are essential requisites for promotion.

It is compulsory to secure minimum 33% marks to pass in each subject in all tests.
